It is with a profound sense of gratitude and reflection that we announce the dissolution of our nonprofit organization, Major Savages Corporation.

​

Since our inception in April 2021, Major Savages Corporation has been dedicated to fostering positive change and addressing critical needs within the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) community. Your unwavering support, commitment, and belief in our mission have been the cornerstone of our progress and the driving force behind every achievement.

 

After careful consideration and extensive discussions, we have determined that dissolving the organization will be the most responsible and strategic action moving forward. This decision was not made lightly, but it comes after evaluating our operational capacity, long-term sustainability, and alignment with our organizational values and goals.

Key Information Regarding the Dissolution

​

• Effective Date of Final Operations: May 2025

• Financial Transparency: A comprehensive financial report will be made available to donors detailing the allocation of remaining funds.

• Legacy Efforts: All remaining assets will be distributed to We Are ILL, a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting, educating, and uniting Black women with a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis, with the aim of increasing health equity.
